About Kristina McConnell

Kristina McConnell is a dedicated healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for innovative senior care with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, senior services, and business ownership.

A passionate proponent of holistic and person-centered care, Kristina believes in looking at challenges differently to discover creative, effective solutions that truly support seniors. She takes a whole-person approach, addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being—to help seniors thrive, heal, and make joyful contributions. This philosophy drives her work and her commitment to expanding meaningful options for seniors and their families.

Kristina lives in Stevensville, Montana, with her husband and three children. Her journey in senior care began at age 15 when she started caring for sages in their homes. She holds a Master’s in Health Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Natural Medicine at Quantum University because she is actively searching for solutions to better support seniors.

As founder and owner of Hoblitt Homes Senior Care for the past 4 years, Kristina has provided compassionate, non-medical in-home support. Effective July 1st, the company will rebrand to Better Route with the tagline “Helping you find your best route.” This evolution reflects her vision of guiding seniors toward personalized, empowering care pathways.

Through her companies, leadership roles, and academic pursuits, Kristina continues to drive innovative, compassionate solutions that elevate senior care in Western Montana and beyond. She is deeply committed to building communities where seniors can thrive, heal, and enjoy joyful contribution, families feel supported, and care is delivered with respect, creativity, and genuine compassion.
